Great customer service and let golf play smoothly.

I was able to play happily by your reservation. The procedure at the golf course was very smooth. I will also use the next.

This was not a good experience at all. We ordered 2 carts and 2 caddies only to find out that they didn’t have any when we turned up. We had to wait 45 min for them. Everything was rushed from there., and we got stuck behind a group of 4, which didn’t think to call us through. The other negative was it was extremely expensive for the experience. We have played many courses in Thailand over the years this one was average.

Great value! Everything promised and more, so a great positive surprise for us! Just probably better if response time was quicker, had to wait a few days before we could get a confirmation on tee times and ferry schedules, but all good in the end! Highly recommend!

I used it for the first time,but it was more kind response than I thougth. I liked it very much.

Played at BRG DaNang which was fantastic. However, be warned if you've never played golf in vietnam before you are required to pay a caddy fee at the end of your round. As part of your green fees you are required to pay a caddy fee of 590,000 at the start of your round, however nearly all of this is pocketed by the club. At the end of the round. you must also pay the caddy approx 300k .Nobody at the club tells you this in advance. I would recommend Golfsavers as it was much cheaper and very easy to book.

Golf Saver was fantastic as a booking agent for our recent trip to Hua Hin. Everything was provided out perfectly with itinerary, contact numbers etc. The third party drivers etc were also first class. I have already saved the email link to my book mark bar for future use.
